Brew espresso
In a mug, warm almond milk in the microwave for 15 seconds
Add protein powder & mix collectively with a milk frother for 10 seconds

Preheat oven to 400°F
In a huge bowl, mash bananas absolutely. Stir in eggs, honey, & water.

Next, mix in protein powder, powdered PB, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking soda until skinny consistency. Add mini chocolate chips.
Spray with cooking spray a muffin or cupcake pan, then pour the muffin batter into each hollow approximately half of complete.
Bake for 12-14 mins or until gently golden.
Perform the “toothpick trick,” by way of at once poking in the middle of the muffin- if it comes out clean, they may be achieved!
